USATODAY.com - BlackBerry sales injunction ruling may be soon: If you want a Blackberry email pager, get one quick. A ruling is expected any day that may prevent anyone from buying one until RIM licenses several patents.

“The legal battle between RIM and NTP began in November 2001 when a group of Illinois-based inventors said in a statement of claim that RIM’s BlackBerry infringed on eight patents controlled by NTP. The patents cover the use of radio frequency wireless communications in electronic mail systems.”
